I just got one of these in on trade and I HATE the 3rd gen. guns, they won't fit my hands.

So, instead of taking a Dremel to the finger grooves, I think I'll just sell it.

It is LNIB and comes with 2 high caps and one 10 round mag.

What do you think is a reasonable price to ask?

Edited to add high cap mags

First thing you should do is get 2-3 used hicaps for it.  For the $30-$40 you spend on that, you'll attract buyers a lot easier IMO.  I wouldn't really be that interested in something that only comes with 10 rounders.  Then you could maybe just keep the 10 rounders for yourself to train with since you shouldn't care about breaking them.  After that, I'd say right around $400-$450 depending on who you sold it to.  If you found a private buyer (someone NOT on this website since we know where the deals are) you should very easily get $450-$500 depending on what your local prices on new glocks are like.  If you sold it locally in this fashion with only the 10 round mags, I'd guess only $400-$450 and a harder time finding a buyer.  Just some thoughts.

It sounds like a good choice.  I'd personally try to sell it locally myself.  You'll definitely get more money out of it.  Like I said, locally you should be able to get $450-$500 if your local gun store is selling NIB G19's for the usual $550-$600.

If you can find a local gun store that sells police trade-ins, you should find a Gen2 for around $400-$430.  There's one close to me that has them and I'll be buying a couple when I have the money.

CDNN has new Gen. 3 G19's for $439, and "excellent to like-new condition" used ones, with night sights, for $400.

www.cdnninvestments.com

Not sure about the "Internet sale" thing since any gun you buy would have to go to an FFL; I'm planning on just calling them and giving them a credit card # after I make sure they have my FFL's info.
