I am looking for the best place to buy New Glock Magazines below the $16.00 range.  Hopefully cheap or free shipping.

I doubt you can do better than that.  As you've mentioned the 16 dollar mark, I'm sure you already know that Midway has them on sale this month for that price.  

If you find someplace cheaper, let us know.

I've bought all my GLOCK mags off ARFCOM's Equipment Exchange or Glocktalk's Calssifieds.

All for $11-12. Shipping isn't that bad if you order more than 2-3. You'll still be doing better than a store/site.

Keep an eye out. Every once in a while somebody sells a large lot of mags and you can get a lot for cheap all at once.

They've all been almost new as well and I trust them just as much as the ones that came with my gun. I don't know why you'd ever spend more money when you can get them cheaper on these sites from members of this forum.

The only draw back is if you have a gun that has rare magazines, such as a newer model or an unpopular one.

CDNN has some LE marked Glock mags for $12.99 or so.
