Could be several things:
1) Your riding the slide stop lever(I doubt it) 2) Broken slide stop spring 2) you might have assembled the G21 incorrectly after cleaning - check the slide stop spring location  Remember the locking block pin is the first to be removed and the first pin to be installed.

OK thanks for the info, I'll let you uys know what I find out. Is there any online guides for complete assembly and disassembly of glocks?

I've reinstalled incorrectly once as shown after a detail strip and that's exactly what it did
