Glock 27.  Why get a 9mm, when you can get a 40 S&W in the same size weapon ?

Because, with 9mm you get one more round and more control of the weapon.

i personaly prefer my everyday G19 because high cap mags, and i can afford to shoot it alot which is a good thing for a gun you trust, its good to know how to shoot it,

but im buying a G29 and a G32 for play guns and alsoto carry when i want the big fire power in about the same size of my G19

I went from a G30 to a G29 and have carried nothing else since.

Which ever handgun that is VERY reliable, fits your hand best and you can shoot VERY accurately and fast would be your best choice.  Then shoot the sh** out of it.  Of the two guns you put on the poll the G26 and G27, I'd say this would be the G26 for me and I happen to own 1.

Also don't get all OCD about caliber.  (I recommend a 9mm or larger).
A larger caliber doesn't make up for misses, poor hits and or bad tactics.

I voted 'other' because of the G19/G23. They are just as easy conceal, more capacity and have a light rail.

try them out and see if you shoot one better than the other.  I have both and prefer the 27 for carrying and the 26 for extended range trips.  I carry the 23 most of the time though.

of the 2 I would go with the 26

I voted other. I use the 22lr conversion because I get 2 more rounds and more control.

No but really if that was a good line of reasoning you should be shooting a 19 not a 26. Way better control with a 19 and way more rounds. You probably would have better control with a 23 than you do that 26. Unless of course your missing your bottom 2 fingers then you may have better control with the glock 26

MHO on Glock 26's and 27's.

Bottom Line....they're smaller than then need to be to wear on the belt, and they're too big to work well as a hide out gun for pocket, ankle or some other sneaky type place.

If you're looking for a belt gun you'll get better capacity/power and ergonomics out of a 19/23/29/30 and those guns will conceal just as easily.  I also find the larger guns are easier to shoot and more fumble proof on the draw.

If you're looking for something to pocket carry, or smartcarry, or ankle carry, or belly band, or what have you, you should be looking at a something single stack like a Kahr MK/PM or a kel-tec.

Ok, how about a 36. I carry mine and love it. Hard to beat a 230 gr hp.

I say 27 with a +1

More stopping power and I can shoot mine very accurately out to 20 feet.

If you had another choice, think of the 23.  As someone else said, higher cap and still very concealable.

+1 cuz with the 19, you can conceal that witha  good holster in anything but a bathing suit (and i'm talking bikini, board shorts you're still good) you get 5 more rounds, and it doubles as a nice house gun since i can throw my tac-lite on there when it's bedtime for bonzo

G26 because the weapon is more controllable, you get more ammo, you can carry a 33 round magazine in the car, the 9mm is a fast powerful round, its battle proven the world over, its the most popular round in th world, its the second cheapest round to buy in the world, etc..

you get the picture?

I voted G26, because as you can see in the pic below (left case) the G27 I had swelled the brass horribly, and that was with factory UMC.  FWIW, the right is a 9mm that came out of a 9mm AR that went off with the case not fully seated.
