Had a grip reduction done from Cope over at Ross Sporting Goods (http://www.rosssportinggoods.com/). Very reasonable, awesome work, awesome customer service (from his and his wife). Cope listened to me, called me on several occasions, took his time (I had to go out of town), called again, did the reduction, called to tell me it was on the way, called when I had received it, this is not counting all the times I called and talked to him or his lovely wife. Bottom line: I will be a repeat customer!

Oh and if you send yours off, get the stipling, it is hands down the best grip surface process I have ever seen or felt. Put on some gloves and you can forget about any slide or the pistol in your hand...I don't care how wet or greasy it is.
