I have a very early model G19 that has almost none of the original black finish left. I spoke to a GLOCK rep and they said it would take 5-6 weeks to get my pistol back if I sent it to them to be refinished because they use an outside company to do the work.

What is a good, durable coating I could have my GLOCK refinished? I want something as close to the original flat black like the older GLOCKs as possible. Who does good work?

I had a Hi-Power done in a two tone Rogaurd/Np3 finish and they did a great job. However, I am looking for a flat black finish. Np3 is a bright silver finish and Rogaurd is a slippery black finish.
