I have 3 3rd generation glocks.  I like them and was thinking about picking up a 26 to round out my collection.  I went down to my local store and noticed the new slide and extractor.  Well I know about the new laws or whatever that requires this but how does it perform?  Does something stick out or something when a round is chambered or can you see brass?  Last can you replace it with a standard one?  Thanks and I'm already getting questioned by my girl friend as to where the money for this new toy is coming from.  Damn I thought her contacts were out.
