I was thinking about getting a Glock 39, partially I will admit for the novelty, but after looking at the specs on line I am sort of wondering what I was thinking.  Is the GAP round here to stay?  I have 9mm and .40's so I don't "need" the slighlty smaller gun.

Any thoughts?

(Other than get both.)

I'd say the GAP is here to stay.

For me, it wouldn't be the caliber.  I'd say that the G39 would be more reliable/easier to shoot than the G36, at any rate.

Having looked at the G37/38/39, I'd say unless you have smaller hands, you'd be happier with the G38 or G37.

I think (hope) .45GAP is going to be around for a while.
