I actually found the 17 to be too small for my hands.

Excellent Choice.

The G21 is a tack driver and utterly reliable.

Now you can buy a KKM 10mm conversion barrel and mags and you have also got a 10mm glock.

I'll let you know how it performs - although I believe we know this already.

WWB 230 gr. ball 100 rnd. value pack at WalMart is$19.97 - how does that compare with other stores?

That's a good price and I buy plenty of it for my .45.  My local shop also has a good deal on UMC and Natchez (spelling?) has Blazer (AL) for $140 a case.

Wally world also has 100 rd boxes of nice simple roundnosed hollow point in a nickle case made by remington for $25.00! It feeds flawlessly in my G21.... Has anyone ever thought about a Mac 11 in 45acp at a gunshow then had the thought... "WTF am I doing? Go over to the guy selling mags and get a 28 rounder for your 21! Save the 350$$$ and get better groups."  I love mine too.

Damn, how big are your hands??? I have been trying to convince myself that I need a Glock 20 so I looked at one at a gun show today. That's a handful o' gun I tell ya. I don't have small hands, nor do I have big meaty paws. I've got slender fingers to match my 6'2" lanky frame and the G20 really filled my hand. I'd still like to have it though.

Well...I'm 5'-10 and my shooting hand measures 7-1/2" from the base to the tip of my middle finger so, I guess you could say that my hands are average. I saw a pic on a web site somewhere of an 11 year old girl putting a G21 thru it's paces.

Also, I just walked in from a trip to the range.+200 rnds. thru the gun - mostly 230 gr. ball with some 200 gr. CorBon JHP's. It's a fine shooter, hitting to point of aim with no malfunctions to report. The only problems we had was with the hot sun...ain't nothin' prettier than a dirty Glock.

I got a G21C about a week ago...Traded in a SA 1911 "Loaded Model" with the lightweight frame for it. o slam on the 1911 but even with a "reliability" package done it would hiccup every now and then. So I figured the only thing that could be wrong with the pistol was that it just wasn't a Glock!

I don't shoot my Glock THAT often.

I still need to pick up a G21.  Having a Glock in all the major calibers means you will always have somthing to fight with.

But I've yet to see anyone use a Jennings, Lorcin or Hi-point make Master in IDPA or USPSA and I can't say that about a Glock (a lot of Master class shooters shoot Glock).  Seems the only guns beating Glocks for Grand Master in USPSA seem to be CZ, STIs, SVs, Paras (not many Paras at all YMMV).

Sevigny, the Julie whats-her-name girl and the other top Glock shooters prove its the singer not the song......

I'm just messin' with ya'lls heads. Glocks are OK. Not artistry in weaponry, but not everyone can have good taste!

I've never really wanted a G21 but everytime this thread pops up on the top of "My Active Topics", I start to like them more.  I've always been a fan of Glocks and I currently own a G17 and a G36.  I guess the only question I'm having in my head about it is simply "Why not?"  (That's a rhetorical question)
