I went trijicon - mostly because they were in stock. Good sights.

I ran with the CAP sights for a while. The real problem was the rear sight. The bar on the rear works, but it really is inadequate for most shooting. One thing you can do (that I did) was use the CAP front sight paired with a trijicon GL01 rear. It works well, but at that point, why not just get the trijicon HD

Have you considered the Ameriglo I Dot Pro? The front sght is similar to the HD's front, and the rear uses a single dot as opposed to th HD's 2 dot rear.

If you're looking for quick target acquisition go with the Trijicon HDs. I find the "U" shaped rear notch of the HDs gets me on target quicker as compared to the typical square style.
