That's a tough one...
The Gen 4 Mag release appears to be a different shape altogether (much wider to cover more surface area of the thumb and on an angle from the thumb rest to the trigger guard), so...my guess would be no. |

I don't have any pics, but you can do what I did...look at your Gen 3 and compare it to a Gen 4 on glock.com and you'll see what I mean.
