Seriously, I love my 1911 and the .45acp round but I wanted a 9mm and i just couldn't get away from the Glock.

I've shot Glocks for so many years now, 1911's don't feel right to me any more.
Too heavy, bore sight is way to high, 7 round mags  , too expensive.
The 1911 is a wonderful pistol, just not for me. |

I love my 1911, but I wouldn't trade my glocks in for them!
I have shot 1911s and Hi Powers a lot for the last few years, and nice ones at that. But when it comes down to it, Glock 9mm is what I want... I won't be trading away my Government models or my hipower, but I did get rid of my Colt Defender. I just would not carry it over my G26... |

I started with an XDM 45, then went to a S&W 1911, now I have a Glock 17 and couldn't be happier.

Neither could I, I traded the 19 on a really nice Colt Commander. Oh well you live and learn, now I want another Glock. First things first though bills and the life stuff, then a nice AR or maybe even an AK.

Had a Glock 23 for quite a while. Had to sell it. Getting a Glock 22 very soon. They are great pistols. I was really eye-humping the XD for a bit but good ole Glock pulled me back in.

I was looking at the XD for a while but the bore axis was just way too high for me, plus every IDPA match I went to they were breaking. I also looked at the M&P and almost got one but I just had so much left over Glock stuff.
