I have looked at the Streamlight tlr-1s & the Insight WX150 just curious which would mount better to a Glock 23 rail or is there a better option, surefire is a little out of my price range! thank's

I have no experience with the insight, but have been using the tlr-1s for about 6 months and I love it. I think it is great for the money (usually found for about $100+shipping). It feels very solid on my 19 which is the exact same frame as the 23.
