Have another experienced glock shooter shoot it and see if they get the same results.

Having shot alot of Glocks over the years I can say that you should send it in. It is a rarity but I had run into a G22 that would rival the pattern on a 12 gauge. Send it back and in a few days Glock will have you up and running with a better shooting gun.

They said it should be shooting 4-6in groups at 25yds and I should send it to them. So off to Glock it goes...... |

I forgot to mention you should check the barrel and look for pitting. I had a ruger that I could not hit the broad side of a barn with and when I inspected the barrel it had no rifling for the first 2 inches of the barrel.
