Hello there,

I will soon have my CCW and just got my Kramer IWB #3 holster for my glock 30. I am trying to find out where I should carry my pistol. Should it be over towards the rear of my waist or right on the side or towards the front.

With the holster all the way in the back....not exactly in the back. It feels a little hard to reach, I am a bigger guys with a 40 inch waiste.

Where do most bigger guys keep the IWB holster?

Just behind the break of the hip, so it doesn't print on your side.

87 degrees off of TOP DEAD CENTER!  TDC being the belt buckle!

(I bet you were wondering how I could fit 87 into this thread! )

usually, behind my right hip bone

however, I have a cross-draw for my P-11 that comes in handy too

About 3:30 -- right behind the hip bone.  Any forward of that and it's on my hip (uncomfortable), any further back than that and it doesn't conceal as well.

About 3:30 for me as well.  You will have to find the most comfortable place for yourself.

My holster has two loops that hook through my belt, so I figured why not put one on either side of the belt loop on my pants (the one right behind my right pocket).  Pleased to say that it is comfortable there, it doesn't move around because of the pants belt-loop and it is in just the right position for drawing. :D

I also have a Kramer for my 1911. I use the loop just behind the right pocket to secure the two loops on the holster. My leatherman goes in front of that and hides the holster loops. Comfortable for me and hides well (I'm another bigger guy).
