I very badly would like to get a CZ 97 BD, but I can not for the life of me find a holster (of decent quality) made for the thing.

I've decided I want to have a leather one and I'm curious if there are any manufacturers who will produce for me a holster that is for the most part to my specs (as far as, color, carry position and snap/no snap type stuff)
?

I've googled the hell out of this, and it seems like most "custom" shops only make them for certain pistols/revolvers and many have a few different styles to choose from and will not take any input from the customer.

Looking for something pretty much identical to this:

Thanks!

There's more than one holster company that's willing to make a custom holster, you'll have to find one within reasonable driving distance and you'll have to be willing to leave your gun with them.  That, or you'll have to buy a blue gun you can loan them.

Or you can buy a gun that you can get a holster for, or learn how to make them yourself.

Good Luck with that, I have yet to receive a response to my e-mails sent to Mark back in February and March if and when you do contact him be prepared to wait along time for your holster.

Find a tack/saddle shop that does leather repair. They can do it.

I got lucky a few years ago and found a guy 30 miles south of me. 100% custom. Made the holster exactly the way I wanted. I'm left handed and wanted a particular angle plus I wanted the belt loops to be snaploops. He put oneway snaps and steel reinforcing in the holster mouth as a matter of course. Also offered excellent suggestions for improving my design. Ask around at gunships and at your local shooting matches. Odds are someone knows a guy doing that work and you may be able to see their work. It's worth the effort.

Yeah he's yet to reply.

The poster above you found something close enough to what I'm looking for, without waiting 40 years.
