I've got  a brand new 5.56x45 pistol.  First 20 rounds had multiple failure to load/cycle.  Could have been weak WPA ammo.  After that 150 rounds of Tulammo cycled well.  There is crude, deep and uneven is the the chamber lug surface modification.  Is that normal in all M85?  Is that affecting the pressure/cycling/safety?  Should I send it back?  I'd love to attach the pics , just don't know how being new to this forum.

English translation?

Are you asking about the extractor relief which runs from about 12 o'clock to 4 o'clock around the chamber mouth?

Thanks for asking Kristofer_G.

No. What I'm trying to point at is a drilled/shaven part of chamber mouth that runs from 4 o'clock to 12.  The silver, shiny part.  I makes the chamber mouth having a conical shape instead of flat like in all other AKs.  What do you think?

That chamfer is normal.

It is not adversely affecting the cycling of your m85.

It's purpose is to funnel the nose of way ward cartridges in the chamber.

If m85 does continue to exhibit issues it is because of something else.
