Has anyone tried one of Aim's Polish AK's with the folding stock? I am more of an AR shooter but could always use a new toy.

Not Polish.  WASR's are made in Romania and are good (not great) quality.  They function well and have typical AK reliability and accuracy.  I think there are better folding stocks than the Tapco brand plastic (seem kind of flimsy) stocks that are on those models.  AIM is a reliable source and they have honest, fair business practices.
