can someone help me please. i am trying to put a lower handguard with rails on my arsenal carbine so i am able to put a folding grip on there how do i get the handrail off?

I think you are asking how to remove the lower handguard?
- the lower front handguard retainer has a small lever on the right side(front sling loop is on the left side) that is pointing back at the receiver. Flip this lever up and over 180*, so it points at the muzzle. The lower retainer will now slide forward, and allow the lower handguard to slide forward and off.
