Guys,
 I need your help.  I got a Galil in 223 but I desparately want to get a mount and optics for it.  When I got the gun it had what looks like a B-square mount and an antique looking Aimpoint red dot.  While both work, the Aimpoint had seen better days.  Should I keep the Bsquare mount or buy a quick release mount as used by the IDF.  What about optics?  I had a Hakko BED35 which I think I broke sionce I over thightened the the back mounting screw, which upon closer inspection shouldn't have been called a mounting screw.  Any advice would be greatly aprreciated.

IMO,

Your best bet is to use an IDF type of mount, and see how well the Aimpoint works w/it.

Then decide whether or not to replace it.

Thanks!  I'll get the IDF mount.  Do you know if others had problems with their Hakko BED 35s?
