Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Building Galil from Hadar - legal?

I've got an IMI Hadar, the "sporterized" version of the Galil.  I was going to get a Galil parts kit and the ARM kit and reconfigure it as a true Galil.  I have heard of other people doing this, but now I am wondering about the legality of it.  Anybody know for sure?

It is legal, just make sure you have the right amount of US parts, the folding stock is fixed in the open position, and no flash hider.
