i need some info first

I want one of plinkers jigs but cant find the link or address for him .

2. I notice there is a difference in the reciver by the trunion . Where do i get a receiver like this ?

3.  Is this a RPK receiver? Is it nescessary for the fixed stock or underfolder or both ?
