Can't you get a friend or a parent to order it for you? It really makes no sense that you even need to be 18 to buy a kit since the kit in itself is not considered a rifle.

You do realize that you cant just order a rifle off the internet. You will have to have it shipped to a FFL and the dealer must have a signed copy on file. This is the same no matter how old you are.

just have them send it to an FFL, the seller mailing it doesnt care how old you are.
