Nice, I like it.  Some folks don't like "tactical" AKs, but I'm cool with them.

How do you like the MI rails?  I would definitely choose them over the UTG rails.  Do you have any plans to mount anything on them (optics, VFG, light, etc.)?

I love this new rail setup no complaints and installation was easy. You will have to cut the grenade sight but I don't use it so no big deal.
When I get the extra money I plan to get a Larue FUG, a G2 led in a Larue Lt-707 mount, and either Meprolight or Xs sights night sights.
I'm not to sure about optics if I do it would be an Aimpoint micro but that's alot of coin so it'll have to wait.

Oh and a Bulgarian Flash hider with thread adapter.

I have a set of Mepro tritium sights on one of my Romy Gs, I like them a lot.  Bright as hell.

The Bushnell TRS-25 is a very decent micro if you are on a budget.  I have 2 of them and they are holding tough.  Good budget MRD.

How well do batteries hold up on that Bushnell?

Still on my original battery with both of them.  I'm sure the battery life is not nearly as good as Aimpoint's, but so far so good.

The rifle looks pretty sweet, what kind of sling is that you are running?

Looks like a Hogue grip.

Im planning on picking one up for my m70Ab2 pretty soon.

The Hogue grip is the single most comfortable AK grip I have tried.  All my ARs have Hogues, and 3 of my AKs have them as well.  Great stuff...

Neat.  Can you use iron sights with this setup?

The Samson RSR1 replaces the original sight, but it is a see-through design with a non-adjustable BUIS machined into the rail.  Limited in it's effectiveness, but better than nothing.
