Are Yugo AK barrels interchangeable with Chinese barrels?

NO
Yugo barrels are 23mm at trunion and for the most part Chinese are 19mm at trunion.
What is it your trying to do?

If you are trying to replace a bad barrel Copes has brand new barrels for the M70s.

I saw a great looking kit for sale only problem is that the barrel is shot to hell, they definitely used alot of corrosive ammo with minimal cleaning.  I was hoping to find a good chrome lined barrel for it and not have to worry about shooting surplus corrosive or rust.
