Buddy's sks will fire but he says it won't eject or strip another round out of the magazine. I figure the gas port is dirty. Any ideas?

if it's a yugo, make sure the button on the front of the gas port is sideways, not up.  take it apart and see if you can blow air through the tube and move the piston.  it should move, but not leak air either.


oh, and clean the cosmo out of the gas system if it's not done.
