A month or so ago I bought my first SKS, a Norinco Paratrooper. The shop where I bought it from now has a full size Norinco thats up for sale, and I have first crack at it. I havn't seen it yet(going down there at lunch). He said its a really nice rifle, and the price is something like $150-$175. Any thoughts?

pretty decent price for a norinco.  i'd go down with money cause you'll probably end up wanting to buy it.

Well, I went down there, and man, hes got two of the nicest Norinco SKSs I've ever seen. On is a light colored wood paratrooper that I could probably get for $215. Great looking gun. The other is a full size Norinco that is the nicest SKS I've ever seen. The wood has ONE scratch on it, no pitting, no rust, perfect metal and bore. Its not up for sale until the 22nd of Jan., so come the 22nd, I've got a new gun.
