I just picked up a Russian SKS with the laminated stock. All the numbers match and it has the star on it showing that it was made in 1955/56. It has the black bayonet and does not appear to have been fired. So what do you guys think it's worth. I would add a photo of it if I knew how to.

Cool, I lucked into this one. It was an old friend of the family selling off guns for what he paid for it when he purchased it years ago, $110.00. I love the way the laminated stock looks.

You did good!  I bought my Russian SKS back around '92-'93 and I paid $99.00 for it.  Good investment huh?
