and am finished with it.

Here is what it looked like when I got it, lots of cosmoline....

Here it is all torn down...

Here is the stock, after I washed it down with mineral spirits, hot soapy water and a hot clear water rinse,

and finally here we have the finished rifle, with a coat of satin urethane, and then when it dried, rubbed down with 0000 steel wool, and then reassembled...

Let me ask you a question. Do the serial numbers on your rifle match your log book? Because mine do not match...

Also, what did you do to clean the sling??

Yes, the serial numbers in the log book, match the ones on the rifle, all numbers match on the rifle as well.

The sling I was sent looks clean, I have not done anything to it but set it back.....

The select grade is $149

My AIM Select Grade had all matching numbers and they matched the log book.

My sling had a couple of spots of cosmolene on it.  I soaked the sling in hot water with Dawn dishwashing detergent then scrubbed it with a toothbrush.  Came out great.

Not a great pic, but its my Yugo. All matching numbers, didn't get a log book. It came from Wholesale Guns and Ammo about a year or so ago.

I found the blank adaptor for it. I'll see if I can find the pictures.

What I really want to find out... is what is the correct sling for this thing?
