I am looking to remove the grenade launcher from my Yugo SKS. I'd like it done professionally so the end of the barrel is finished properly, maybe even put a break on it if legal. Any suggestions on who I can ship too for quality work?

Thanks!

You might give ADCO Firearms a call.
I hear they do excellent work on AR-15 platform rifles, not sure if they do AK's or not.

The launcher is very easily removed and can be done by yourself.  The muzzle is already crowned and treaded with M14x1 RH threads.  Check out places like CNC Warrior for muzzle devices, adaptors and crush washers.  Depending on your goal(s), you can save yourself some money doing it yourself and still do it correctly.

I watched some videos before posting and it looks like a mixed bag. That said I would love to try it. Any tips before I proceed?

Always start easy and work your way up.  In layman’s terms, never start with a BFH (unless you’re a Marine).  A day or 2 in the freezer sometimes helps with knocking pins out.  IMO, heat should be used last.
