Picked up a pretty decent 1951 Original Tula SKS.

Brought it home to clean it up and was do safety checks on it and discovered that the trigger either wouldn't go off or would go off at random. Took apart the trigger assembly to discover that "John Q Bubba" has decided to make his Mona Lisa on the trigger bar and sear.

So I did some searching and found a new sear, however I for the life of me can't find a trigger bar to save my life. Mine is not usable, it was filed down to the tapper.

I even decided I would just buy a new trigger pack and eat the cost, but I can even find one of those in stock. The only ones I've found are of dubious origins and are probably already jacked up.

Any help in pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated.

Thanks, unfortunately the only thing they list are trigger packs that are missing parts. I might just as well spring on the one missing the trigger pin and some other parts and hope it has the trigger bar.

Oughta let him "do" your trigger as well.  Just got 2 FCGs back from him . 59/66 and SKS-D.  Both are sweet now compared to the staple guns they used to be.
