not an sks guy so i'm not sure how to get this shell casing out of this.  russian made sks i acquired long ago and thought i'd get it working

Ruptured case extractor.  They even sell them on Amazon.

Try a  cleaning rod with a real tight patch on the end. If not stuck too tight it can work.  Other than that find a ruptured case removal tool.

could try a bronze bore brush per 0:40 second mark
