Title says it all.  Is the folder "short" in the stock, or longer in "length-of-pull", compared to as-issued stock?

I have a Choate folder on a 1965 Factory 26 "Paratrooper", and it is indeed a longer length of pull than the original wood stock.
I haven't measured the difference, but would estimate at least and inch to an inch and a half longer LOP on the Choate.
The quality of these stocks is excellent, so buy with confidence, but remember "the first rule of intelligent SKS modification" : SAVE ALL THE ORIGINAL PARTS!
Someday you'll be glad you did!

Thanks for the info!  Concur with not making any irreversible mods, and saving original parts.  Well-said.
