Its says they are demilled, are they functional. Do you have to buy a receiver?
I have never bought a parts kit, so I don't know whats involved.

Yes, you have to buy a receiver, and I guess in this case a trigger guard too. (Prolly only 10-20 bucks for the trigger guard though).  There are many options out there though for receivers, just read through the boards and see what best suits your needs, skills, and pocketbook.
