Say the cheap sources of 5.45mm dry up or are outlawed from importation. Is it possible to rechamber my krink from 5.45 to 5.56? What work needs to be done to make that possible?

I'd appreciate any input from manufacturers, if possible.

Thanks!

You would have to replace the 5.45 parts with 5.56.

1.  5.56 barrel (just about any length since it will have to be cut down anyway)
2.  carrier
3.  bolt

Then send rifle and parts to Troy at InRange and he will fix you up.
