Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Sling Swivels on Saigas

The stock sling swivels on Saigas are really small and don't look too sturdy.  Have any of you improved the factory swivel setup?

Do you have a wood or poly furniture?  I got an Uncle Mike's universal bolt action swivel stud kit from Wal-Mart.  The wood screw goes in the rear, and the machine screw goes in the front end.  It's a bit long though, have to cut it or space it with washers.
