What do you consider the best AK for 500 dollars or under? (dealer price of course)

I've had most of them. I rate SAM7 #1 - VEPR is nice too (front heavy though). I think the SAR1 is good value for money, but still prefer to pay twice as much for the SAM7

Who sells the SAM7 and SAR1"? I'm not familiar with many AK's, I'm more of a AR-15, Mini-14, and bolt-actio kind of person. Thanks.
