Its either silver soldered or pinned in place.  Mine was soldered.  Find out which yours is remove the pin or grind off the solder and spin loose.  Remember that they are reverse threads so its righty loosey, lefty tighty.

I dont believe its soldered on. Try depressing the pin, and twisting the brake off. Remember the threads are backwards.

I tried pulling out the pin if thats what "depress the pin means" but I couldnt pull it out, what exactly do I have to do? am I just not pulling to hard or should I take my dremel to the pin?

when I move the brake left and right the pin goes up and down so I dunno.

Don't pull on the pin - Push it in.

haha, I just pushed in the pin, and it worked, but as i was turning it right it was getting tighter, so i turned it left and it came off, either I dont knwo what left and right is or mine isnt reverse threads

Depress=push it in. Sorry if that wasn't clear enough. The threads should be backwards, try it again.
