I got this list from Josh Emond at Century Arms.

a rifle covered by these regulations must have no more than 10 of the imported 20 parts listed by the BATF  

it's not how many U.S. parts you have....it's how many IMPORT parts you have.

bingo. that list is a little old because most of the wsars now come with a muzzle attachment on them. i'm not sure if the muzzle attachment is the 6th part or if they use a US floor plate in the magazine. i would suggest sending century an email.

How is the muzzle attachment not applicable?  Doesn't the WASR have a slant brake?  If so then it counts.

my guess is that its an older list from pre-awb expiration.

Century has been know to flex in U.S. made magazine followers and floor plates on the rifles they sell.
