What are my choices, I would like to stick with wood cause I think most of the sythetics are fugly looking.

Take the Tapco bit, as one has been fine for 5 years on my SAR1

how much have you shot it? i thought the same thing at first and i got a longer stock from kvar, but honestly i dont mind the short stock at all now. i just needed to get use to it. its definately short, but i dunna- it has a feel to it.

other than that, i would say ironwood designs hands down. its also US made so you get extra compliance.
