the commie brakes do a better job at recoil reduction...due to the design. they have a large primary expansion chamber and the geometry of the gas paddles and jets is carefully thought out.

yes. those the ones. the romanian brake can be legally installed loosely (no welding or soldering) and is the one i recommend.
