I have a WASR underfolder with the black plastic handguards and I had a few questions:

1. Does replacing the handguards (top and bottom) with say, a Bulgarian stock set, mean that I need to add another compliance part?

2. Will AK-74 handguards fit?

Basically, I wanted to swap my current handguards with a set of Bulgarian AKS-74 handguards and wanted to know if there would be any problems.
