I just bought a 99% condition NHM-91 off the EE, for $450 shipped. A beat-up looking one sold on Gunbroker the other day for $340. I guess somewhere around $400ish. My .02

The NHM-91 is the Chinese RPK style rifle, correct?
I know the '91 in the title suggests a post-1989 date, but still I must ask... does the NHM have a bayonet lug or threaded muzzle? Are any pre-1989? |

I paid $340 for mine.Bayo lug was ground off along with the cleaning rod guide.
It had a muzzle nut protector over the threads.I removed it and put on a slant brake. Just ordered a bunch of Kvar crap for it.  GunsAmerica has a couple for sale right now. www.gunsamerica.com/fast.cgi?guncat=1030 |

Thanks for the info. Mine also has the welded muzzle nut and no bayo lug. I was guessing about $350. It has a nice light trigger pull for something in the AK family.

 Can't beat the chi-com trigger assemblys. Only thing bad about the NHM is tryin' to find a bipod for it. Madtechcool

Local FFL sold me one w/bipod today for $400, I thought that was fair
Always wanted a 20" AK, more for the increased sight radius... Missed out when they were around in past. This one looks unfired. No bayo lug, but threaded barrel Ordered stock set today off KVAR's home page along w/other compliance parts. |

I bought one in very good shape from Cabela's in Mitchell, SD for $288 (they originally wanted $400). Cabela's will haggle with used gun prices. The link shows before and after pics. If you look around you just might get a deal like I did.

I have a post ban NHM-91 that is in really good condition. It has no bayonet lug and a thumbhole stock. I'd let it go for $300, if anybody's interested.
