Will a Romanian brake pin and spring work on the front sight of a Type 56? I have the barrel and front sight but not the parts.  Thanks!

i just checked, a Romy plunger pin will fit, they're the same diameter but the Romy pin is a hair shorter and it's notch isn't cut as far forward.
this going on your underfolder?

Yes it is. I picked up a Type 56 barrel on the EE. I just need those parts to make it complete.  Thanks for the info Kami.

I just finished putting it in. The plunger pin fit fine, but the romanian spring is too short. I did not have any spare springs so I just dropped 2 #4 lead shot pellets down the hole and they made up the difference.
