Did I forget anything?

I ordered...so far. -
(1) Slant Cut Compensator
(1) 14mm-1.0 LH Die from Brownells
(1) Thread Alignment Tool from Brownells

What else do I need? Also my Mak-90 FSB does not have a spring retainer pin to lock the comp in place is this going to be a "problem"?

Easy enough. Don't forget you'll also need to purchase a 1 1/2" Die Stock Handle.

I simply had my dad hold the rifle steady with the buttstock to the ground and I twisted the handle on the die, using liberal amounts of WD 40 as I was going along. I threaded all the way down to the front sight base. After cleaning up the threads I used blue loctite on the thread and installed the compensator. The Mak-90 Front Sight Block that I have on my rifle didn't have a hole for a detent pin so I just lined up where the detent pin would go on the compensator (top dead center) and let the loctite dry. This will put the "long side" of the compensator at approx. the 5 O' clock position if you were looking down the barrel. Hopefully the loctite will hold up under fire, if not, I'll up it to the red strength.

Test fired approx 100 rounds today. Looks like the blue loctite is holding up very well.

Does anyone know if adding a slant brake affects accuracy? Maybe I have to just sit down on the bench with my rifle but it seems like my shots were all over the damn place...
