NHM90's are postban, so it needs US parts to have a PG. Folding stock and bayo lug are a no no. Don't pay preban prices for it.

Ditto what Ugh said. The only thing I can add is $350 would be the max I would pay for one.

And if it has only an workable underfolder and it is postban than it is in an illegal configuration until after Sept. 13th and receives 5 U.S. parts to make it legal.
