I had a chance to pick one up for $1,800 years ago. I came into a bunch of play money I could have put into it, but instead put a down payment on a car and took a trip to Disney. Right after we got home my wife divorced me, took the car, and my daughter has no recollection of having ever been to Disney.
Moral of the story? Always buy the gun! |

I guess "good rifles" helps. Id also like to know where spare parts are available.Springs,firing pins and other breakable parts.Also there dont seem to be many Dragunov sites,as comprared to other guns.

Spare parts are almost impossible to find. Nothing really wears out though if you don't abuse the rifle. If you get one in 7.62x54 you can use Russian mags. .308 mags are rare and expensive.
