Hi everyone.  I have a Polytech 7.62 which I absolutely love and was just wondering about the finish.  It is one of the barely postban models that was caught in customs during the pass of the ban.  The finish does not look like black parkerizing, etc, but looks like standard bluing with a very dark blue/black tint.  I actually think it is rather pretty.  Also, it has never been refinished, as I am the original owner.  Thanks for replies.
