Armed militants from the radical Islamic Jihad group wait in Gaza City(AFP/File/Mohammed Saber)

I'm assuming these are Chinese because of the chrome bolt carrier and what looks like a closed front sight hood.

And if you are going to have your finger on the trigger, at least have the rifle on safe.

Definitly chinese because of the rivit pattern.
Looks like un-ribbed chinese clips as well. Odd thing, looks like the barrels are un-threaded, kinda like a MAK-90 muzzle.

Must be the cheaper jihad special

yes they appear to be the Chinese type 56 S-1
rifles with underfolding metal stocks.

another sign besides the rivet pattern is the
gasblock pattern, the Chinese use the old AK47
type gasblock.

and the polished steel bolt carriers, they are
not chrome plated, there burnished steel, polished to look shiny, but the gas pistons are
chrome plated.

I noticed some Chinese AK's dont have a threaded muzzle? maybe it's because they were
made on contract for certain customers in the
middle east? and they left the muzzles plain
by request, since the main use is for using a
blank adapter.
