Labanu AK’s with the riveted third hole are considered machine guns by the ATF.

Not sure if a 07 manufacturer could make it into a post sample? Would still be worth something like that.

And yet from time to time these guns turn up at local gun shows where the ATF has a booth, & nobody gets arrested. They were legally imported at the time. The agents at our show are always walking around looking at the guns, but they are really looking for straw purchasers. GARY.
